Yes. Our main source of new contact information comes from exchanges with the community. This means it's in our best interest to respond to all requests promptly.
Join thousands of explorers who entrust us with their exchanges. We've processed over 3,500 exchange requests in the last 5 years. Dealing with a legally established company is more reassuring than dealing with strangers or dubious websites.
Please check that we don't already have the contact details you're proposing , even though we verify them every time. Finally, your exchange request must be "fair": offering a dilapidated property and asking for one in good condition will likely not be accepted.

Yes. Our maps are updated every 3 months by our team. However, if you report a renovated location to us with proof (photos, newspaper articles, etc.), you are eligible for one free listing of your choice.

Updates are very important to us. They allow us to keep our database up-to-date, unlike our competitors' databases. It's the large number of updates and interactions with the community that have made Carte-Urbex a trusted partner for explorers and the market leader.

Yes. We reimburse the purchase of cards and contact details individually (Fire, renovation, sale, destruction, inaccessible property, new owner, etc.)
Provide us with proof that the purchased location(s) are outdated (photos, videos, internet articles, Google Street View, etc.)

Yes. All partnership requests are reviewed by our team. We prefer experienced explorers (several years of experience), with strong social media presence and/or a YouTube channel , although this is not mandatory.
You must have a solid knowledge of urbex sites in your region/country and practice urbex regularly .
Usually, it's more or less about sharing our respective databases/knowledge . You share your database with us (map, Excel file, email list, etc.), and we do the same.
For example, you tell us you'd like to share your map of urban exploration locations in France with us. We agree on an exchange (your map of France for ours). You share your map, we share ours.
But we are open to other types of partnerships such as:
Help us update our database in a specific region/country in exchange for one or more of our maps. Promote our website in exchange for contact information. Provide us with new contact information or updates for promotion of your YouTube channel/social media.
