Our website specializes in selling GPS coordinates. They specify in particular the conditions of ordering, payment, and delivery of products ordered by customers. The products offered for sale on the site www.carte-urbex.com are GPS coordinates provided by geolocation suppliers, allowing the customer to geolocate a number of potentially abandoned locations.

The Customer is required to read them before placing any order. The choice and purchase of a product or service is the sole responsibility of the customer.
These GTC are accessible at any time on the site www.carte-urbex.com
The Customer declares having read these GTC and accepted them by checking the box provided for this purpose before proceeding with the online ordering process on the site www.carte-urbex.com
Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.
ARTICLE 1 – TERMS OF USE OF OUR ONLINE STORE
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use, you declare that you have reached the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence, and that you have given us your consent to allow any minor under your responsibility to use this website.
The use of our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose is prohibited, and you must not, in the course of using the Service, violate the laws of your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit worms, viruses, or any other destructive code.
Any breach or violation of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use will result in the immediate termination of your Services.
ARTICLE 2 – ORDER
The ordering process includes the following steps:
- The client selects the product they wish to purchase.
- The client accesses their virtual shopping cart.
- The client is invited to create a customer account or log into their customer account if they wish; this is not mandatory.
- The client fills out a form containing the information necessary for their identification and order processing: first name, last name, postal address, phone number, email address.
- The client accesses the summary of their order. They are invited to verify their order to identify any possible errors made during data entry. The client can modify their order and correct any errors.
- The client confirms their order by clicking the designated button. The order is then transmitted to Carte-urbex;
- The client is invited to choose their payment method and then proceed with online payment on a secure page.
- Carte-urbex is notified of the payment and the client receives an acknowledgment of receipt of their payment.
- The order is firm once the company receives payment from the client.
ARTICLE 3 – PRICES
Services are provided at the rates in effect listed on the site www.carte-urbex.com at the time the order is recorded by the client.
Prices are expressed in Euros including all taxes.
The company Carte-urbex reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed and subject to availability.
ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT TERMS
We have 2 payment methods: by credit card and Paypal
Credit Card:
We use credit card payment via the SHOPIFY PAYMENTS platform.
Payment is made on the day the order is placed by the Client using a secure payment method. Bank cards approved by the bank managing payments made via the site www.carte-urbex.com are bank cards bearing the "CB" brand and "CB" cards, meaning those bearing only the "VISA" or "MASTERCARD" brands.
ARTICLE 5 – CONSUMER'S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND ORDER REFUND
In accordance with Article L 221-28 of the Consumer Code
"Provision of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the performance of which began after the consumer's prior express consent and explicit waiver of their right of withdrawal."
In accordance with Article L221-9 of the Consumer Code:
"The contract mentions, if applicable, the consumer's express consent for the provision of digital content independent of any material medium before the expiration of the withdrawal period and, in this case, the consumer's waiver of the exercise of their right of withdrawal."
Moreover, in accordance with Article L221-13 of the Consumer Code: "If applicable, the professional must provide the consumer, under the same conditions and before the expiration of the withdrawal period, with confirmation of their express consent for the provision of digital content not presented on a physical medium and their waiver of the right of withdrawal."
At the end of the order, no exchange, credit, or refund is possible once the sale of a product on our site is confirmed. Indeed, it is impossible for us to cancel an order from the moment you receive the GPS coordinates that give you access to the location you purchased. Furthermore, Carte-urbex is not responsible for any error in your choice at the time of purchase.
However, if you have purchased one or more locations that have become rehabilitated for various reasons: renovation, new owner, destruction, etc.
You may request an exchange in the form of one rehabilitated location = 2 locations of your choice offered.
The customer is required to provide proof that the location has been rehabilitated. We will not proceed with any exchange without proof.

ARTICLE 6 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if the information available on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. The content of this site is provided for informational purposes only and should not be your sole source of information for making decisions without first consulting more accurate, complete, and up-to-date sources. If you choose to rely on the content presented on this site, you do so at your own risk.

The delivery time is, unless otherwise stated in the offer, instantaneous.
Ordered products are sent by email in the form of GPS coordinates, to the email address provided by the customer when ordering on the site www.carte-urbex.com
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit sales of our products or services to any person and in any geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All product descriptions and product prices may be changed at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue offering a product at any time.
We do not guarantee that the services, information, or any other products you have obtained or purchased will meet your expectations, nor that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
ARTICLE 8 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, reduce or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or from the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. If we modify or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be from merchants, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order and account information for all orders placed through our store. You commit to promptly updating your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you if necessary.

ARTICLE 11 – THE SELLER'S EXCLUSION CLAUSE
- Carte-urbex does not guarantee the accuracy of individual addresses and maps. Indeed, we are not a travel agency but a simple search facilitator.
- We remind you that we only sell GPS coordinates that may correspond to abandoned places. Under no circumstances does this authorize you to access the site without prior consent from the owner, town hall, or law enforcement. Otherwise, you will be held accountable for your actions before the law. Carte-urbex does not encourage trespassing and advises against any violations.
- Carte-urbex cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for damage, theft of equipment, fire, collapse, or any other incidents that may cause injury, loss of freedom, or death to the client.
- The practice of Urbex can be severely punished by law, as entering someone else's property with or without breaking in is punishable under Article 226-4, paragraph 1 of the Penal Code. Carte-urbex disclaims all responsibility for the consequences of unauthorized entry.

ARTICLE 12 – DISPUTES – MEDIATION
Every consumer has the right to free recourse to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of disputes with a professional. To this end, the professional guarantees the consumer effective access to a consumer mediation mechanism.
If the client is a consumer within the meaning of Article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, any legal relationship between the contracting parties is subject to international law, and the competent jurisdiction for any dispute related to this contract is exclusively that of the client’s primary residence.
ARTICLE 14 – PROHIBITED USES
