The Albert Pel Manor, nestled in a residential area of Bordeaux (33), hides from the eyes of passersby. This small two-story manor is adorned with small crenellated towers. Its history remains unfortunately obscure, although it seems to date from the early 20th century.

Abandoned for some time (at least before 2008), its dilapidated interior state bears witness to this. The walls are cracking, the floor has given way, and the staircase is in ruins, making access to the upper floor impossible. Despite everything, the exterior retains a unique charm, intriguing passing visitors.
A modest-sized urbex spot but extremely charming, preserved so far from the growing urbanization within the Bordeaux Urban Community (CUB).
