VILLA BELLA KISS

Villa Bella Kiss stands out for its unique architecture, including outbuildings, a caretaker's house, and a vast park offering a breathtaking view of the Oise valley. Originally, it was a sumptuous estate.

However, the last residents, an Armenian jeweler family, left the premises following inheritance-related conflicts.

The outbuildings are gradually deteriorating, while the caretaker's house has lost part of its floor. The park, once majestic, is now a jungle overrun by vegetation.

As for the villa, it is an empty shell where the rooms, though modest, are crossed by drafts. Despite this, renovation work has been undertaken, leaving the future of the villa shrouded in mystery.

Nevertheless, some elements remain, such as a magnificent coffered ceiling, a herringbone floor, a beautiful wooden staircase, a piano, and a lovely stained glass window above the front door. Today, the place has found a new owner and is no longer open to visitors.
