Our website specializes in selling GPS coordinates. These coordinates specify the ordering, payment, and delivery conditions for products ordered by customers. The products offered for sale on www.carte-urbex.com are GPS coordinates provided by geolocation providers, allowing customers to geolocate a number of addresses of potentially abandoned locations.

The customer is required to read these terms and conditions before placing any order. The choice and purchase of a product or service is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.
ARTICLE 1 – TERMS OF USE OF OUR ONLINE STORE
By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use, you declare that you have reached the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence, and that you have given us your consent to allow any minor dependent on you to use this website.
Using our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose is prohibited, and you must not, in the course of using the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any other code of a destructive nature.
Any breach or violation of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use will result in the immediate termination of your Services.
ARTICLE 2 – ORDER
The ordering process involves the following steps:
- The customer selects the product they wish to purchase.
- The customer accesses their virtual shopping cart.
- The customer is invited to create a customer account or to log in to their customer account if they wish, this is not mandatory.
- The customer fills out a form containing the information necessary for their identification and the processing of their order: first name, last name, postal address, telephone number, email address.
- The customer accesses their order summary. They are invited to review their order to identify any errors that may have been made in entering the data. The customer can modify their order and correct any errors.
- The customer confirms their order by clicking on the designated button. The order is then transmitted to Carte-urbex;
- The customer is invited to choose their payment method and then proceed to online payment on a secure page.
- Carte-urbex is informed of the payment and the customer receives an acknowledgement of receipt of their payment.
- The order is confirmed when the company receives payment from the customer.
ARTICLE 3 – PRICE
The Services are provided at the rates in effect as listed on the website www.carte-urbex.com ,when the customer registers the order.
Prices are expressed in Euros including VAT.
The company Carte-urbex reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation and subject to availability.
ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT TERMS
We have two payment methods: credit card and PayPal.
Bank Card:
We use credit card payments via the SHOPIFY PAYMENTS platform.
Payment is made on the day the order is placed by the Customer via a secure payment system. The bank cards accepted by the bank managing payments made through the website www.carte-urbex.com are those bearing the "CB" logo and those bearing only the "VISA" or "MASTERCARD" logos.
ARTICLE 5 – CONSUMER'S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND ORDER REFUNDS
In accordance with Article L 221-28 of the Consumer Code
"For the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun after the consumer's express prior consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal."
In accordance with Article L221-9 of the Consumer Code:
"The contract shall mention, where applicable, the consumer's express agreement to the provision of digital content independent of any physical medium before the expiry of the withdrawal period and, in this case, the consumer's waiver of the exercise of their right of withdrawal."
Furthermore, in accordance with Article L221-13 of the Consumer Code: "Where applicable, the professional must provide the consumer, under the same conditions and before the expiry of the withdrawal period, with confirmation of his express agreement for the supply of digital content not presented on a physical medium and his waiver of the right of withdrawal."
Once the sale of a product on our site is confirmed, no exchanges, credits, or refunds are possible. We cannot cancel an order once you receive the GPS coordinates that grant you access to the location you purchased. Furthermore, Carte-urbex is not responsible for any errors you may make in your selections at the time of purchase.
However, if you have purchased one or more properties that have become rehabilitated for various reasons: renovation, new owner, destruction, etc.
You can request an exchange in the form of one rehabilitated location = 2 free locations of your choice.
The client is obligated to provide proof that the property has been renovated. We will not proceed with any exchange without this proof.

ARTICLE 6 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if the information available on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. The ordered products are sent by email in the form of GPS coordinates, to the email address provided by the customer when placing their order on the website www.carte-urbex.com
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We do not guarantee that the services, information, or any other products you have obtained or purchased will meet your expectations, nor that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
ARTICLE 8 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or from the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting you at the email address and/or billing address/phone number provided when the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

ARTICLE 11 – THE SELLER'S EXCLUSION CLAUSE
- Carte-urbex does not guarantee the accuracy of individual addresses and maps. Indeed, we are not a travel agency but simply a search facilitator.
- Please note that we only sell GPS coordinates that may correspond to abandoned locations. Under no circumstances does this authorize you to access the location without the prior consent of the owner, the local council, or law enforcement. Failure to comply will result in legal consequences. Carte-urbex does not encourage the violation of private property and strongly discourages any illegal activity.
- Carte-urbex cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for damage, theft of equipment, fire, collapse and any other type of event that may result in injury, deprivation of liberty or death of the client.
- The practice of urban exploration (Urbex) can be severely punished by law, since entering someone else's property, whether by force or not, is punishable under Article 226-4, paragraph 1 of the French Penal Code. Carte-urbex accepts no responsibility for the consequences of unauthorized entry.

ARTICLE 12 – DISPUTES – MEDIATION
Every consumer has the right to free access to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute with a professional. To this end, the professional guarantees the consumer effective access to a consumer mediation service.
If the customer is a consumer within the meaning of Article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, any legal relationship between the contracting parties is subject to international law, and the jurisdiction competent for any dispute relating to this contract is exclusively that of the customer's main residence.
ARTICLE 14 – PROHIBITED USES
