Château Pierre Chanal, a majestic manor house nestled in Brittany, bears witness to the elegance and grandeur of the 15th century. Its secluded location on the riverbank provides an idyllic setting for this imposing L-shaped building. Unfortunately, part of the right wing has collapsed, a testament to the ravages of time on this architectural gem.

Upon entering through large red doors, visitors are greeted by an enigmatic statue, seemingly missing part of its legs, lending the place a unique atmosphere. A visit to the castle transports visitors to a dreamlike world, untouched by graffiti and modern alterations. The authentic charm of the place is undeniable, particularly thanks to its small, brightly colored chapel and magnificent decorated ceilings on the ground floor.
It has survived through the ages under the stewardship of numerous owners who enlarged and embellished it many times. Completely renovated in the 19th century, it has retained its historical character, notably with its ornate doorway on the stair turret, listed as a historical monument in 1934.
