The Albert Pel Manor, nestled in a residential area of Bordeaux (33), hides from the view of passersby. This small, two-story manor house is adorned with small crenellated towers. Its history unfortunately remains obscure, although it appears to date from the early 20th century.

Abandoned for some time (at least since before 2008), its dilapidated interior bears witness to this. The walls are cracking, the floor has collapsed, and the staircase is in ruins, making access to the upper floor impossible. Despite everything, the exterior retains a singular charm, intriguing passing visitors.
A modestly sized but extremely charming urban exploration spot, preserved until now from increasing urbanization within the Bordeaux Urban Community (CUB).
