Villa Bella Kiss is distinguished by its unique architecture, including outbuildings, a caretaker's house and a vast park offering breathtaking views of the Oise valley. Originally, it was a sumptuous estate.
However, the last residents, a family of Armenian jewellers, left the premises following inheritance disputes.

The outbuildings are gradually deteriorating, while the gatekeeper's house has lost part of its floor. The once majestic park is now a jungle overgrown with vegetation.
As for the villa, it's an empty shell where the rooms, though modest, are drafty. Despite this, renovation work has begun, leaving its future uncertain.
Nevertheless, some original features remain, such as a magnificent coffered ceiling, herringbone flooring, a beautiful wooden staircase, a piano, and a lovely stained-glass window above the front door. The property has since been sold to a new owner and is no longer open to the public.
